What are the goals of the experience?
Each experience has been designed to foster a deeper sense of empathy, trust and psychological safety. Google studied 180 teams over 2 years and ranked psychological safety as the #1 trait for their highest-performing teams. This finding goes hand-in-hand with the #1 dysfunction of many teams: an absence of trust. With this team-building experience that builds trust and psychological safety, your team will be closer to:
feeling open, vulnerable and free to share ideas and honest opinions
feeling comfort in admitting mistakes; mindset of learning from failure

My goal is to not only develop this sense of trust and psychological safety on teams but also let that serve as the foundation for a deep sense of a collective "we". This collective "we" is a strong unanimous feeling of team unity and togetherness. It breaks down the sense of egos and limiting "I" mindset. And ultimately, my hope for any team that goes through this experience is to connect with the power of their "we" spirit and come fully alive.
